I've been told that I've always been a Coach
About Carole
Several years ago I made a huge change in my life. After 25 years in the Non-Profit sector I left my job as Chief Executive to work in my own Coaching and Facilitating business. It was scary at the time but now, I could not be happier in my work.
Back then it was a different story. I felt stuck in a role that I had previously enjoyed. I knew that something needed to change but from my perspective, no options seemed to be available to me, and I lacked confidence that I could carry through a change.
A friend of mine recommended Coaching. Even though I wasn’t sure what Coaching was I gave it a shot! I am so pleased that I did. I gained clarity about what I want from life and the confidence in my inner resources to trust that I could make the changes I needed to.
In fact the impact that coaching had on me was so powerful that I knew I wanted to do that work with others. I decided to train as a Coach with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
CTI is the World Leader in Coach Training - the oldest and largest in-person coach training school in the world. The training to be a Co-active Coach is rigorous – it not only taught me the skills of coaching but also challenged and developed me as a person.
I have subsequently trained to coach pairs and teams with CRR Global Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching training (ORSC).
I've been told that I've always been a Coach and I guess those qualities have always been there inside me . Now, I also have the best formal training to support this natural way of being.
I have over 3,000 hours of paid coaching experience.
